We warmly invite you to come join us. We aim to be a church built solely around the Person of GOD's Son, the LORD Jesus. Why? Because Jesus literally shed His blood for the church. We should honour Him and be eternally grateful to Him for that. The very thing that would condemn us and keep us from GOD forever [sin] has now been washed clean by the blood of the Lamb. Jesus therefore atoned for our sin and provided for us the free gift of Eternal Life. All we have to do is to believe. Romans 10:13 says that 'Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved'. When the Bible says 'saved', it means saved from GOD's judgement. Acts 17:31 says, 'GOD has set a day to judge the entire world'. And yet GOD paid the ultimate price to deliver all who would believe. In fact He not only saved us, He showers us with His Grace, Mercy and Kindness. This doesnt mean all of lifes challenges will disappear - but it does mean the Eternal Saviour, Jesus, will be with us as we go through them!

KEY TRUTHS

THE WORD OF GOD IS ALL POWERFUL AND ALL TRUE
Jesus said in Matthew 27:4 that 'everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock'. Come and join us as we share the Word of GOD together.
ETERNAL LIFE IS OURS THROUGH CHRIST
John 17:3 tells us, 'this is eternal life: that they know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent'. Knowing Jesus is our ultimate goal. And our hearts desire is to see people come to know Him in a very personal way.
IN CHRIST WE HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY FORGIVEN
The Word of GOD says, 'be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you' Ephesians 4:32. When we come to Jesus we are completely forgiven. Start your new life in Christ today!

How to find us

Baptism . . .

When we receive Jesus as Lord and Saviour we are baptised with the Holy Spirit into the Body of Christ [the Church]. This is a wonderful truth and the universal experience of all believers. But Water Baptism follows salvation and it is a beautiful emblem of the spiritual reality of conversion. We encourage those who know the LORD be baptised as the Scriptures teach. Jesus said to all His followers, 'go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you' Matthew 28:19-20. By baptism Jesus was referring to water baptism by total immersion. If you have never considered baptism we would be happy to share more.

The Lord's Supper . . .

Like Baptism, the Lord's Supper was also given by the LORD for us to fulfil. In fact, this is a very special part of our personal walk with Jesus. We therefore celebrate the Lord's Supper as often as we can and as we take the bread that represents His body which was broken for us; and the wine that represents His blood that was shed for us, we remember that He instructed His followers to be faithful in partaking until He returns again. Also in the New Testament we always see new converts celebrate the Lord's Supper immediately after Baptism. So if you would like to know more about Baptism or the Lord's Supper please ask.

Final Days

Clearly we are living in the end times [see Matthew 24:4-14]. Jesus told us 'you will hear of wars and threats of wars, but don’t panic'. He also said, 'many will turn away from Me and betray and hate each other. And many false prophets will appear and will deceive many people. Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then the end will come'. We believe it is important to know exactly what this means and what the implications are for those who are saved as well as for those who are lost. Remember, there is nothing left on GOD's prophetic calendar that must come to pass before He takes the church in the Rapture and the Tribulation begins. We need to know this and to be ready for it. Message from the Pastor
My wife, Lupe, and I joined the church in 1990. We have been richly blessed by GOD and we are supported by a faithful group born-again believers. I was born in the UK but have lived in NZ a long time! Lupe is from Tokelau. We have been married for 38 years and we have four wonderful children, a wonderful son-in-law, beautiful daughter-in-law and a wonderful grandson-in-law and three amazing grand-children and one the way. Our passion is to serve GOD by helping others come to know Jesus and to grow in Him. Beyond this our aim is to simply minister in accordance with Ephesians 4:12.
